Authorization via OAuth 2.0 is the method used by Speedy Open House to authenticate users and return user info needed for Zapier.

Authorize a user by redirecting them to the Speedy Open House site's OAuth authorization page and request their permissions to act on their behalf. This step is necessary to connect to Zapier.

As a result of the successful authentication request, the customer will continue to the Zapier Test Trigger page which will pull a sample record of data from Speedy Open House.

Getting the tokens
Using an access token, the Speedy Open House Zapier Integration can access the user's data through the API.

Trigger Endpoints

Speedy Open House uses webhook endpoints to allow connections from the Zapier Trigger. The purpose is to allow the trigger retrieve a data sample to be used in the Zap as well as to subscribe the Speedy Open House user's account to the Zap being created.

Zapier integration with Speedy Open House
Speedy Open House is an Open House App created by Open House Wizard LLC. Although we have partnered with Zapier since our inception 2017 to allow clients to send visitor leads to their CRM or Lead Service of choice. Now (July 2024), Zapier is an official partner of Open House Wizard, which allows our clients to take full control of their Zapier connection and their leads. This partnership allows users to create “Zaps” (automated workflows) that easily connect Speedy Open House with a variety of other apps, enabling a host of actions and triggers to automate your Open House Visitor leads management.

Through the Speedy-Zapier integration, users can set up a trigger and action, including but not limited to:

Trigger:
New Visitor from Open House: Initiate a Zap when a new lead is sent from an open house.
Action:
Add the Visitor Lead to another app such as a CRM or Lead Service.

How to connect Speedy and Zapier and create Zaps:

To utilize the Speedy-Zapier integration and explore the various “Zaps” available, follow these steps:

Login to your Speedy Open House Account
Sign Up for Zapier: If not already a user, sign up for a Zapier account at https://zapier.com/apps/speedyopen.com/integrations.
Connect Speedy Open House: In Zapier, create a new Zap and select Speedy Open House as the trigger app.
After setting up the trigger: Set up your automated workflows by selecting the specific actions you want to use after the trigger, customizing the settings to fit your needs.
Test and Activate: Test your Zaps to ensure they work as expected, and then activate them to begin automating your Open House Visitor leads management.
